A dessert in a glass. This beer is brewed using unfermentable lactose sugar, vanilla beans and plenty of roasted malts to provide a sweet, smooth caramel drinking experience. No blowtorch was used in the making of this beer.
A 5l keg holds just under 9 pints of bright beer with a tap ready to serve (as it's bright you don't need to wait for it to settle as the yeast has been removed). Beer can be kept in these for up to 2 weeks (if you've got the will power...) - then once opened the beer is best drunk within 4-5 days. Keep the beer cool too - it tastes better that way.
